Building the Bike.
Whitney got a bike for Christmas and it has been sitting in a box since that time, so that Whitney can look at it imploringly and ask to ride it. On Monday, Will put it together with a little help from Whitney and the bear
March 18th
Whitney really likes ties, and really wanted to wear this Scottish print one, we tied it on for her, complete with the too long back part of the tie. To bad we didn't have a button shirt for her to tuck the tie into

March 17th
Happy Saint Patricks Day!! We got all dressed in green for the green day. Maybe we will get a picture of all of us in our green shirts that we can put on the blog later.
March 16th
Whitney told me that pooh bear was sad. First, he needed some play-dough of his own to play with. Then, he was apparently still sad, so Whitney gave him a binky. I guess even that wasn't enough, so Whitney got pooh bear some food from our canned good cupboard. I hope pooh likes chicken boiullon cubes as much as he likes honey.
March 15th
We made some peanut butter cookies on Thursday (we had another day of being stuck inside because of the rain). Whitney was a good little helper. Here she taste tests one of the peanut butter blossom cookies to see if it was any good. She really liked the chocolate part the best. Word of caution to dieters everywhere - don't make peanut butter blossoms when you are dieting and cannot eat them. Just smelling them was enough to drive me half crazy.
March 14th
Whitney just fell asleep today while eating her cookie. It got all quiet, so I went to check on Whitney and she was completely passed out. The position didn't look very comfortable, so I shifted her down so she could lay on the pillow. Have a nice nap Whitney.
March 13th
Whitney decided that baby Rachel needed lots of things. So she was a nice big sister and started sharing everything. Notice the top ramen for something to eat and the teddy bear for something to cuddle. The bible mentions giving the clothes off your back to help others; Whitney gave the sock off her foot to give Rachel. It probably was a little dirty and smelled like a foot, but I don't think Rachel minded.
March 12th
Here we have a picture of Whitney taking a picture. She has two big stickers on because the nurse said she was extra good at the doctor's office for her two year check-up. It helped that she didn't need any shots. The doctor said she was right on track at 27 pounds and 34 inches.
March 11th
Here everyone is all ready for church. Two out of three smiling is actually pretty good for our family. Whitney loves going to nursery and playing with her friends. I am glad the prospect of church puts a big smile on her face.

March 10th
Here a grumpy looking Rachel is holding her diaper. We movd her up to size two diapers today because she has started leaking through size one. I don't know what the sad face is about, maybe Rachel wanted to stay in smaller diapers.
march 9th
Will's mom sent over some birthday presents for Whitney. Here Will and Whitney are playing with the toy gears; Whitney liked that you could spin one and it could make all the other adjoining ones spin as well. Thanks for the presents grandma and grandpa Keeler.
March 8th
We asked Whitney to say 'hi' to the camera in hopes that we could get a picture of her looking at the camera. Instead, Whitney smiled and waved at the camera. So the picture turned out different than we thought, but I thought it was still cute.
March 7th
Here is Rachel looking simply adorable in her coveralls. I think all babies look cute in coveralls; they are a three-month size and they already look a little tight on Rachel. She is going to be our fast growing baby.
March 6th
Whitney will forever be daddy's girl, but I think she is also mommy's girl. And what could be so wrong with being attached to both parents?
March 5th
Happy 2nd Birthday Whitney!! We went to the dollar store and Whitney got to get a balloon and she picked a fuzzy coloring page and some candy. So I think she had a great birthday.
March 4th
I love this picture. Whitney and Rachel in their matching dresses from my mom and we even have Whitney smiling. What a good looking bunch.

March 3rd
This is Conner's group at DI on Saturday. DI standing for Destination Imagination, not Deseret Industries. His group made a cool structure that has to be able to hold lots of weight and be able to get ping pong balls in the middle. Their play was cool (you cannot go wrong with escaping monkeys involved) and their stucture held 250 pounds. And they could have kept going if they hadn't run out of time. So good job guys.
March 2nd, 2012
Here Conner places some cupcake liners down in the pans so we can make cupcakes for Whitney's birthday celebration. We celebrated while we were down in Pasco with my family. That was fun.
March 1st
Here we are back in Pasco on Thursday night. Rachel and my sister Kaitlin and my mom all shared a nice conversation. Kaitlin is a red belt in tae-kwon-do (sorry Kaitlin and Zach if I spelled that wrong). So you don't cross her or you may be in trouble. But Rachel doesn't seem too worried about that.
February 29th
Whitney gets a ride on Will's back. She really liked having Will crawl around the apartment; hence, the big grin on her face. Now giddyup horsie - or go daddy, or whatever you say.
Febraury 28th
Whitney's very first, of probably many, sticker pages. It was a very cold Tuesday, so we played with stickers in the morning. Whitney liked putting stickers on herself and on me as well. We won't mention which Keeler this takes after, but Will has told me about stickers on the tummy of one of his sisters.
Febraury 27th
Rachel gets tummy time and Whitney gets sitting up time. Whitney thinks tummy time is really funny and she sometimes grabs one of her stuffed animals to make it do tummy time too.
February 26th
You will have to make the picture bigger to see the words on Rachel's shirt, but it says 'Daddy's Little Angel'. So here Rachel and Will get a little quality daddy-daughter time. I think they look alike, what do you think?
