Jan. 30

We were at Chiawana park in Pasco.  The kids liked this teeter totter.

Jan. 29

Will and I made it to Yakima where I was supposed to take the cbest.  That didn't happen.  But here we relax at the hotel.  It was disappointing to not take the test but still fun to have an evening with my favorite person.

Jan. 28

Hannah decided Whitney needed more hair in her face and brushed it all forward.

Jan. 27

I have been trying to get the kids into more games and less on screens.  Here we played some Yahtzee.  Which is an achievement because the littles love just shaking the cup forever and Hannah likes stealing the dice before you see them all.  She thinks it is the funniest thing ever.

Jan. 26

The kids made a tiny snowmen family with the tiny bit of snow we received today.  The snowmen didn't last long.

Jan. 25

I just love this fun picture.

Jan. 24

I have written an unbelievable amount of papers lately.  I am grateful my dad made me work so hard at my writing.  That has helped a lot.

Jan. 23

I love eating at the faux restaurant and being served delicious meals.

Jan. 22

Will's parents sent us a package with tangrams.

Jan. 21

The kids were supposed to make something for their Zoom activity days.  Each of the three girls made a different kind of cookie to show off.  Hannah decided to help Whitney with her sugar cookies.

Jan. 20

We played a lot of blocks this day.

Jan. 19

This is when you forget to take a picture until 11:45 at night.  Will was fast asleep and I didn't want to wake him up.

Jan. 18

Kind of hard to tell from the picture but I made a yummy chocolate poke cake with whipped cream and Butterfingers.

Jan. 17

We all went to WalMart and everyone had a couple dollars to buy their dinner.  There were a lot of Lunchables chosen that evening.  My family did it a couple of times growing up and it was always fun.

Jan. 16

Will set up a tent in our living room for the kids to sleep in on a Friday.

Jan. 15

Our kitchen floor looked all scummy.  So we spent awhile trying to get rid of all the skid marks and sticky places.  The clean look doesn't last long so I needed a picture for proof.

Jan. 14

I made these yummy baked spring rolls today.  I sneak veggies into them and my kids don't even care because they are so good.  Maybe I should cook Chinese food more often.

Jan. 13

This is Hannah's walkie talkie.  Each of the kids got one for Christmas.  They have been loved and even been to the park with us.

Jan. 12

Sliding down the stairs just never gets old.

Jan. 11

We brought in the slide from outside.  The kids put pillows on the bottom for a soft landing.

Jan. 10

The girls spent many hours together making this Hogwarts castle.

Jan. 9

I made a word wall so I could teach a class (my kiddos) about lines of symmetry.

Jan. 8

Whitney shows off her new Tamagotchi.  She loves that little alien thing.

Jan. 7

We started this cute bookcase puzzle.

Jan. 6

Rachel plays with Adam's new tool set.

Jan. 5

I started reading the new Liahona magazine.

Jan. 4

Adam lost his first tooth today.  He was really excited about it and is now eager to lose another tooth.  Hannah tells us she wants to lose a tooth too.

Jan. 3

For FHE we decided to try to eat a candy without using our hands.

Jan. 2

The girls love their new robocat and robodog.

Jan. 1

Jan. 1 - Playing a new Christmas game on New Year's Day.  Happy 2021!
